At these meetings agents are able to promote their listings in an open meeting format. In many cases we have matched other buyers with our available properties right in those meetings!
- We do not believe in keeping your property secret! Some Brokerage Firms like to “pocket” their listings by representing both the buyer and seller on the promise that the transaction will be smoother and possibly less costly for you. We believe that “pocketing” listings actually is a detriment to the seller and often produces a less than desirable price.
