Some Brokerage Firms like to “pocket” their listings by representing both the buyer and seller on the promise that the transaction will be smoother and possibly less costly for you. We believe that “pocketing” listings actually is a detriment to the seller and often produces a less than desirable price.

2. Should you welcome this as an option we will help you prepare your house for showing. Open House schedules are normally Sundays from 1:30 pm to 4:00 p.m.
